Mitsubishi October sales results were at their highest since 2008, with a total of 6,199 units sold—making for an exceptional 30.5% increase over the same period last year.
By far the most outstanding vehicle in the lineup was the Outlander Sport compact crossover, which sold 2,468 units this month, bringing sales up 22.8% from last October and 24.8% year-to-date. That marked its best-ever October sales and its 13th month of year-over-year sales increases.
The Mitsubishi Mirage also turned plenty of heads last month with 1,374 units sold, marking the 12th consecutive month of Mirage sales surpassing 1,000 units. With its EPA fuel mileage rating of up to 37 mpg city/44 mpg highway and 40 mpg combined, the Mirage is the most fuel-efficient gas-powered non-hybrid vehicle we’ve got at Bakersfield Mitsubishi—and in America.
Not too far behind was the Mitsubishi Lancer with 1,364 units sold, which was up 17.5% from last October. Its high-performance EVO variant was also up 10.5%.
