Gaslight Holiday Extravaganza
The Gaslight Melodrama Theatre & Music Hall will be hosting its annual holiday extravaganza November 23rd through December 23rd this year. This year, the holiday show will be “Mrs. Claus Saves Christmas.” General admission tickets cost $27.
Valley Plaza Mall Santa
If your kids want to meet Santa this year, the Valley Plaza Mall is a great place to go. Santa visits the mall seven days a week through December 24th. If you don’t want to wait in line, you can even reserve a time.
Bakersfield Christmas Town
Christmas Town at the Kern County Museum will officially open November 23rd. It will be open daily, except for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, through December 31st. Tickets cost $20 each and include a Holly Jolly Hayride, a sledding hill, skating rink, and thousands of glittering lights.
Chez Noel Holiday Home Tour
Tour three spectacularly-decorated historic homes in the Bakersfield area. The tours run December 7th and 8th and proceeds benefit the Assistance League® of Bakersfield. Keep in mind, no children under 12 are allowed on the tours.
